If you don’t love your CarryiOn within 30 days of receiving it, you may return it for a refund. There is a fee to cover return shipping and handling that will be deducted from your refund.
If, upon arrival, your CarryiOn is unexpectedly defective, you may return it for a full refund including shipping and handling.

Limited Warranty – One Full Year
Your CarryiOn Air Purifier is warranted to be free from all defects in material and workmanship in normal use for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. The warranty is granted only to the original purchaser. The warranty is subject to the following provisions: This one-year warranty covers parts of the Air Purifier that require replacement under normal use, including the MCI cell and fan, only within one year of purchase. Any damages or malfunctions caused by negligence, abuse, or use not in accordance with the Owner’s Manual are not covered by this warranty. Likewise, any defect or damages caused by unauthorized service or the use of other than Genuine Manufacturer parts are not covered. The warrantor will, at its option, repair or replace a defective Air Purifier part(s) for the Air Purifier that is covered by this warranty. To register for your warranty, go to the website www.carryion.com. To obtain warranty service you must return the defective Air Purifier or Air Purifier parts in the original packaging, or pay for packaging provided for you by the manufacturer, to the authorized service center as directed by the warrantor.
Unless this warranty is expressly renewed, enhanced or extended by the manufacturer or its agent, any repaired or replaced parts shall be warrantied to the original purchaser only for the length of the unexpired portion of the original one-year warranty.
Further Limitations and Exclusions Apply
Any warranty that may be implied in connection with your purchase or use of the Air Purifier, including any implied warranties, are limited to the scope and duration of this warranty. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Your relief for the breach of this warranty is limited to the relief expressly provided above. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any consequential or incidental damages you may incur in connection with your purchase or use of the Air Purifier.
